Payment Terms
- 100% payment of the amount in maximum 15 days upon the receipt of the invoice.
- The payment shall be conducted either in bank transfer, credit/debit card or secure online payment link.
- In case of bank transfer, all bank charges should be borne by the client.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The stated amount is exclusive of VAT, Withholding Tax and other duties, taxes and transfer related charges which if applicable are payable by the client in addition to the stated amount.
- Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy
- All cancellations and postponements shall be done in written form.
- In case of client cancellation:
- No cancellation fee if the cancellation takes place within 7 days post registration of the course.
- 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation takes place between 7 days and 14 days prior to the beginning of the course.
- 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation takes place less than 7 days priorto the beginning of the course.
- Incase of client postponement:
- TOPRANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED issues a credit note which states that the paid amount can be used for participation in any of the company’s courses which are scheduled in a period of 12 months from the date of the credit note.
- In case of TOP RANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED:
- A 100% refund shall be applicable if TOP RANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED decides to cancel the event – the client has an option to receive a credit note which can be used for any course for a period of 12 months.
- Incase of TOP RANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED postponement – the client may choose to participate on the same course at the later date or to be issued a credit note which states that the paid amount can be used
for participation of any of the company’s courses which are scheduled in a period of 12 months from the date of the credit note.
Selection of Trainer and Location
Selection of the trainer and training location shall be at the discretion of TOP RANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Every effort shall be made to maintain continuity, but, if necessary, TOP RANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED can change the trainer and training location any time prior to commencement of the course.

The copyright, intellectual property and design rights of the learning materials are property of TOP RANKCOMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its expert trainers. It cannot be copied, shared or reproduced without prior written consent of TOP RANK
COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
Health and Safety
The clients must confirm to and comply with the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures as laid down by TOP RANK COMMUNICATION(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its partner organizations when the course is delivered in leased premises. Breaches of these policies and procedures may result with the client being suspended or excluded from the course and premises.
